Hey folks
Just a quick message now that the final leg of the tour is well underway. We've already had a few belting nights in Bedford, Swansea, Barnstaple and Truro and it's good to be back with the guys again. The banter is flowing thick and fast and I'm already taking stick that the picture on my homepage makes me look like a hypnotist. I had another look and, to be honest, there is a touch of the Derren Brown about it. I reckon if you stare at my eyes long enough weird shit will start happening...perhaps best not to try it at home.
Can I also point out that my hair is not as high as it looks in the picture, nor am I posing for some kind of Max Headroom tribute - my head was tilting down when the photo was taken, as I pointed out to someone in Bedford who assumed that I must be recovering from a frontal labotomy.
Thanks again for all your great feedback - it's really nice that paople take the trouble to write.
Tomorrow we're all looking forward to playing Glasgow again, and then Harrogate on Saturday night.
If you should make it to any of the shows over the next few weeks, be sure to ask Terry, the merchandise man, to explain the rules of "Mame of the game." You won't be disappointed.
I'm gonna shoot to make the most of this rest day - I think Nigel the promoter dropped a bollock and gave us two consecutive days off!

PS Yesterday Paddy showed us the Extras on his DVD. I make a small cameo with Big Tony from the show. Lovely Paddy has kindly given me a new nickname as you'll see when its released in November. Let's hope the DVD's a huge success so I can sue his arse for libel!!! Mind you, I'm not quite sure how you would go about proving that you don't stink of piss. Oh well.
